Cold overnight lows forecasted tonight and Saturday night.. A statewide freeze warning is in effect tonight through early Saturday morning.. Also, a freeze watch is in effect statewide for Saturday night into Sunday morning..

This will be the first widespread freeze/frost event.

Lows tonight will be in the upper 20′s for East Central MS.. Same goes for Saturday night..
